PEA RIDGE — The community is invited to join Pea Ridge High School in honoring the veterans of the community during the annual Veterans Day Celebration starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, at the high school.

The students are collecting old and/or current photos of service men andwomen in the community to share in a slide show at the Veteran’s Day Assembly. Consider sharing photos, old and new, of family members who have served our country. Photos can be e-mailed to Mrs. Harris at mharris@prs.k12.ar.us or brought to the media center to be scanned.

If you know a veteran inour community and would like to invite him or her to the celebration, contact the school by Friday, Oct. 30, at 451-8182.

Qualifying veterans may also receive their high school diplomas. Contact the Pea Ridge School superintendent’s office at 451-8181 for more information.
